Mary Phillips is an artist who works
in a Renaissance style of oil painting. Her works evolve
from conception of composition through initial value study
drawings. The underpainting on canvas or linen is then produced,
completed with final oil color and glazing. Her works consist
largely of figures and portraits, as well as still life
and landscape paintings.
